MECKLENBURG COUNTY

Confidential six-figure settlement achieved on behalf of a client who was injured when she fell from her hospital bed post-surgery. Investigative efforts by the Benoit Law Firm, PLLC revealed that the hospital staff acted negligently during its post-operative care of the client. The matter settled prior to filing a lawsuit. 

Settlement achieved on behalf of a client and her minor child who were struck by a United States Post Office truck on their way home. Aggressive investigation by the Benoit Law Firm, PLLC determined that the vehicle had been negligently operated by the driver just prior to the collision.

Confidential settlement for a client injured when the vehicle he was driving was struck from behind as he was pulled over on the shoulder of the road.
